Why does the roll ball mill have a phenomenon of full grinding?
Let's start with a phenomenon analysis. When the drum type ball mill is slightly saturated, the grinding sound will change from clear to low; As the phenomenon of full grinding becomes severe, the grinding sound will gradually disappear.

Reasons for full grinding of roller ball mills are: too much materials are fed, resulting in insufficient grinding space, resulting in full grinding; The initial particle size of the material is too large or too wear-resistant, and the amount of material added is not relatively reduced; During dry grinding, when the material humidity is too high or there is too little solvent during wet grinding, resulting in high viscosity of the material and adhesion to the inner surface of the drum and grinding ball, a phenomenon of full grinding can occur.
