The liner plate is mainly used to protect the cylinder in a ball roller mill. In large roller type ball mills, materials and grinding media are large, with great impact and friction forces. The wear of the cylinder is also very large. Using replaceable liners to reduce wear is a good method. At the same time, installing lining plates with different shapes during use can also help with grinding efficiency.
Liners are commonly used in light and large drum type ball mills. Roller type ball mills can be lined with polyurethane, corundum, zirconium oxide, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc... The lining material of roller type ball mills is mainly determined by the characteristics of the grinding materials and customer needs. For small batches of materials with high requirements, grinding can better complete the task.
Micro equipment has low material grinding media quality, small impact on drum wall wear, and low use strength. If there are no special requirements, there is no need for lining.
