Precautions for using multi station jar grinding ball mills

Changsha Tianchuang ‘s  multi-station jar grinding ball mill is a high-efficiency powder equipment developed on the basis of ordinary drum ball mills.

Compared to traditional ball mills, it has multiple workstations; The drum ball grinding jar is placed on the roller shaft, making it easy to replace and install. There are multiple different materials to replace, and there is a leapfrog improvement in efficiency, cost, and ease of use.

The following precautions should be noted during the use of multi station jar grinding ball mills:

1. It is strictly prohibited to operate the jar mill with excessive load. If the motor or equipment is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately;

2. For ball milling cans, they should be handled with care, especially agate cans, corundum cans... which are more fragile;

3. The feeding and grinding ball volume of the ball milling jar shall not exceed 70% of the effective volume, and the jar cover shall be tightly closed to prevent leakage;

4. When replacing ball milling cans of different sizes, the distance between the roller shafts should be adjusted accordingly to maintain parallelism between the two shafts;

5. Equipment should be kept ventilated, dry, and tidy;

6. For the treatment of different materials, ball milling jars of their corresponding materials should be used.
