Abstract: Wide applications of Tencan planetary ball mill in more and more industries evidence its universality and importance. There is a great development space for planetary ball mill in the future. So research and design shall play a significant role for planetary ball mill in the coming years.

The planetary mill is a piece of key equipment for mining, cement production and ultrafine powder processing, widely used in chemical industry and electric power industry. The main working mechanism is to have 4 ball milling tanks or pots that are arranged in the same disk. When the rotary table rotates, the ball mill pot makes a revolution around the shaft of the turntable and at the same time rotates around its axis, as a planetary motion. The balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples.
